The Simatic Hotline team will work with you to answer your questions and in the event there is a problem, determine if the issue is related to ProTool or the OPC server. If Software Toolbox support is needed, the Simatic Hotline team will open a case with Software Toolbox and arrange for the proper Software Toolbox resources to work with you. The Software Toolbox team provides support for the INGEAR OPC Servers for Windows CE and interoperability issues with ProTool only. All ProTool related support is provided by the Simatic Hotline.
